Shipping policy

What are my delivery options?

The table below shows delivery options and costs:

 

We use Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri to ship all UK orders. Standard delivery typically takes up to 10 working days.

These delivery timescales can take longer during promotional period or new collection launches. Please email for more details during these times. 

International orders are sent via Fedex. Please note custom/ duty fees are the buyer’s responsibility. If an international order gets sent back to us, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost.

 

Can I return/exchange items?

Please note we do not arrange exchanges, but you are more then welcome to return items by emailing fiorella.by.naz@gmail.com. 

 

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes up to 10 working days.

However, please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods, where standard UK delivery can take around 3 weeks. Any delays to your order will be shared with you.
